All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and are at the sole discretion of VCC. VCC is not responsible for misplaced order. Please review all orders carefully before submitting an order.
Shipment: All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested & paid for by the customer. All orders must have a physical address provided, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO boxes. For orders that contain a PO or APO box the customer will be contacted for a physical address. If no return contact is made within 3 days the order will be cancelled and refunded. We are unable to ship outside the contiguous United States. Any free shipping offers will be shipped via factory convenience. Free shipments to the same address may be combined. Please note that VCC is not responsible for mis-typed addresses. If your address is mis-typed and must be changed a $15 fee will be imposed.
Payment Terms: We accept credit card and PayPal payments. No COD.
Discounts and Promotions: Discounts will be applied at checkout below the 'Subtotal' box. VCC is not responsible for product not entered at checkout. Offers may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or discounts unless noted. Offers & sale prices are not redeemable for cash or Egift cards, nor are they valid toward previous purchases. The purchase of Egift cards, taxes and shipping and handling charges are not included in offers. Exclusions and/or purchase limitations may apply. No substitutions, exchanges or rain checks. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to abuse, unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of discounts and to modify or cancel promotions due to system error or unforeseen problems. VCC reserves the right to limit quantities and/or cancel orders.
Returns: VCC does not accept returns based on personal fragrance preference. If a product arrives broken or damaged it must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Product sent back without authorization is not allowed. If product is sent back without authorization you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Tax: A sales tax will be charged on all orders in VA and TX.
